The "Gazette des Ardennes" is a historical item which can be found by Karl at the occupied casern in Chapter 4.

After you get out into the street, head left and grab an apple from the pile. Continue left and give the apple to the soldier with a horse, who will reward you with this item.
Description
"The Gazette des Ardennes was a daily newspaper published in Belgium and distributed in the German-occupied zone. The newspaper was a German propaganda tool written in French informing the local population of occupied zones and POWs of the German and Austro-Hungarian Empires feats of derring-do."
